Under the paradigm of activation, the Public Employment Services has been reshaped by two levels of contractualization. On one hand, the collaboration of the administration with a network of agents on the programme scheme that make up the active policies of employment. On the other hand, the unemployed person?s access to a compartmentalized offer of services and individually taking responsibility for finding work. This double contractualization reveals redefinition of lowering public responsibility faced with the problem of unemployment that this activation supposes. The Effect of Music on Movement Perception: Synchresis in Hits for HIIT

Hits for HIIT consists in a research-creation project aiming to produce both musical pieces and training exercises for, on the one hand, optimizing HIIT practice and, on the other, enriching scholarly research on the relations between music and sports. These questions and their related studies have highlighted music/movement relations and the way they are perceived. In this paper we would like to outline how we attempt to build a two-way dialogue between the production of music adapted to HIIT and the design of workouts based on the music.

The inequality in access to cyberspace due to age at the beginning of the twenty-first century was followed by an economic crisis that intensified many socio-labor dynamics. Through a contextualization with INE data and a qualitative sample, the following work tries to capture the attitudes about ICT related to their previous labor trajectories on those over 45 years of age; and, on the other hand, its introduction to cyberspace from work as a conditioner in the perception of crisis, the maintenance of employment or their way out to retirement.

An introduction to the three essays included in this section. The article highlights the right to know whether Chopin was gay and contextualizes this inquiry in a very long and pervasive historiographical tradition, essentially twohundred years long, dedicated to examine Chopin sexual orientation, on the one hand, and on the other the more recent tradition of queering western classical music composers. The main point is not to demonstrate categorically that Chopin was ?gay? (a relative, modern identity marker in any case) but rather to highlight the discourses that have presented him as unequivocally heterosexual.

La proposta MiCA, nel regolare il white paper sulle offerte di crypto-assets, sembra tenere in considerazione i benefici e i limiti dei sistemi di voluntary e di mandatory disclosure, non optando integralmente né per il primo, né per il secondo. In quest’ottica, se può condividersi l’approccio regolamentare diretto a graduare, a seconda della tipologia di token offerto, sia il contenuto che l’assoggettamento del documento a mera notifica o ad approvazione ex ante da parte dell’Autorità competente, dubbi sorgono in ordine all’indistinta allocazione dell’onere della prova in capo all’oblato, nei casi di violazione della disciplina del relativo white paper.
